Yeah, I can't think of any others either. At least we did see Donna comforting and supporting her.

Donna might not have complimented Jackie too often (or at all), but Jackie complimented Donna at least a few times without an insult riding along. Like during "The Best Christmas Ever" when she told Hyde he didn't deserve a girl like Donna if he was getting her a gift worth "only" six dollars (and some-odd cents). Donna wasn't around to hear that particular compliment, but Jackie still said it.

Jackie was a good friend to Donna so many times.

Hmm ... what if Donna and Jackie have never become friends? How would Donna's relationship with Eric have progressed?

I am not sure how it would have. Jackie actually helped out their relationship quite a bit in their relationship.

Donna and Eric still might've gotten together romantically, but Donna also might've broken up with him a lot sooner without Jackie's friendship.

Either it might have taken them longer to get together, or yeah, Donna might have broken up with him sooner.

Donna wouldn't have had her engagement ring either, Jackie paid for that.

That's true.

Maybe Donna and Eric would never have had sex again after their first time -- since Donna wouldn't have shared with Jackie how awkward and weird it felt, and that info wouldn't have made it to Eric via gossip.

When you think about it, Jackie really did help their relationship a lot.

True. Jackie was so good at giving out relationship advice even though her only relationship experience was with Kelso. I guess being with Kelso taught her a lot or it could also be a combination of her learning from what she read in Cosmo magazine

She probably got a third of her wisdom from Cosmo. And a third from her own experience. And a third from older girls on the cheer squad.

I wonder how the guys in high school felt at seeing Donna with Eric. I wonder if they ever went up to Hyde and Kelso and ragged on Eric for not being good enough for Donna (athletically/physically, etc.), and if punches were ever thrown in Eric's honor.

I also wonder if Jackie's fellow cheerleaders ever ragged on Donna, period, and if Jackie ever defended her. She probably did -- in a backhanded sort of way. Insulting Donna while also defending her.

Jackie: Yeah, her hands are like a man's, but her heart's good.

I can see Jackie doing that, because I think Donna was her only true girlfriend.

I can see Hyde defending Eric. Jackie would defend Donna as well but like you said it would be a backhanded compliment
