I think Rocco google translated as well, because I learned french for 10+ years in school and it makes zero sense to me.

It literally says "Consider Rome as yours with you." so I'd say that's probably what he meant, yeah. Either way, there's some heavy flirting going on, and I'm all in.

EDIT: unless it's a french expression of course, I haven't had a french class in like 5 years.
